I dont understand everyone on this thread. This is clearly vertex balding process. This is the onset of male pattern baldness. Take action and you may be able to hold these hairs for a few decades.

Its hard to notice the start of diffuse thinning, but it's clearly visible here. Good luck!

I'm pretty open about my experience so I'm not hiding anything about my personal hairloss I had. What's most important is that I fixed 90% of the damage and that's all I care about. I tell others exactly what I did because I want to help them as well.

"Or maybe you do have male pattern baldness and you’re blaming poor diet and nizoral? But is that why you rub biestro cream on your noggin and you’re interested in bicalutamide?"

You're swallowing pills and using nizoral shampoo on your head . Again, what's the point of mentioning that? In fact, a lot of people are using bi-estro cream. You are on a hair loss forum.

Ah yes well bica I saw a full temple regrowth and it kinda interested me but found out i gotta stick on that for life so lost interest.

Hey by the way I need some advice:

This is full coverage and no balding right?
Hey, I think it’s a good idea to slow down male pattern baldness with diet but I don’t think you can attribute your regrowth to the camel diet. Biestro, ketoconazole and derma rolling probably did the trick.

I don’t use finasteride or minoxidil. I just use peppermint oil and Rosemary oil in my shampoo. I do use nizoral but it’s for seb derm and works great. Probably once a week. Yes, I know this won’t do fuk all for male pattern baldness but I’m not focusing stopping thinning anymore, just keeping my scalp clean.

Okay you’re trying to help, but be careful what you say, this full head will start eating finasteride when there is absolutely no need.

Is that you in the picture?

Honestly I don’t think you should use oil at all. Oil mostly benefits people with dried out hair/scalp who need it to make up for what their body isn’t providing. You definitely don’t have that issue. There is no oil that stops shedding from male pattern baldness or otherwise. Oil can help keep the hair from breaking off, but not from coming out.

The reason you see so many hairs when you apply the oil is due to your hair already being naturally greasy. The hairs are shed, but get tangled in hair that is rooted and keeps it from leaving your scalp. When you run a comb or your fingers through it they get freed up and come out. Generally speaking, the longer the hair, the more likely it will get tangled up when it is shed.

You rather tell this guys lies. Crown clearly thinning and getting mad at me for telling the truth. It is minor balding.
What would anyone gain from lying to him? Judging by those pictures, I also don't think theres any balding going on. Obviously I can't know for sure, but when hair is wet it will look thin/thinning for almost everyone, unless you are someone with crazy density.

Hair is tricky. My brother gets greasy hair very easily, and if I would show pictures of him 1 day after shower everyone on this forum would say that his balding 100%. But once he washes his hair or keeps it shorter, you see that he has 0 hairloss.

IF you are balding, I'm afraid there's not much to do. The best solution is a hair transplant, and even that isn't for everyone. Then you have the finasteride and minoxidil options which I personally don't like or even consider options. They can slow down your hairloss or even regrow some hair back, but you need to be on it for more or less the rest of your life, or until you actually stop caring about your hair.

But judging from your pictures, even tho they aren't the best, I wouldn't worry if I was you, at least not yet.

I would not suggest finasteride for someone like him unless they want to go that route. I made a 90% recovery and experimented with dieting. What I noticed in particular is that when I increased my fat intake through seeds such as pumpkin/hemp recovery came in faster than usual. Carbs and fat.

im not done with dieting and will start again on march 1st again for a hardcore 2 months.

No thats not me thats some twitch streamer who is in denial of his hairloss.

Unless you have a picture from 6 months ago, there’s no way to know it’s it’s loss.

If you say there wasn’t that much hair visible before and you’re certain of it, then you must losing hair?

Just buzz it to like a half inch or have a derm look at it. No one here can tell because *if* you are losing hair you're in the absolute earliest stages and there's not enough of a density difference between your safe zone and your male pattern baldness zone.

The line is your crown part line because you have relatively long straight hair and that's just how it falls.
