You are receding to nw2.5, you still a nw2.

You catch this very early, with finasteride+Minoxidil you maybe can regrowth you hairline back to a nw1, but with this two treatments you maintain your hair for many years.

Btw you have 16 years old so you can't use finasteride, but I recommend Minoxidil and but when you have 18 years old you can use finasteride.

Looks like some recession. However it doesnt mean for definite you are balding, i was never a norwood 1, thought i was losing my hair now 4 months into treatment i really, really am now. Be careful with choosing treatments as it always seems to be the young guys who get fucked over. I had a head of hair like yours and now 4 months later im almost norwood 3
i would give it a year that should be enough time to determine if you are balding or not, then you can decide where to take it from there
