If I'm balding, is there something I can do to make my hair grow again or only to stop the loss?
Am I balding? Only honest answers please. I'm 20yrs old.

Go to trichologist so they perform trichoscopy to evaluate the hair density and miniaturization.
Unless you buzz your head to about 1cm, it's hard to say whether there is thinning present, and moreover, even with thinning present, early stages would be unnoticeable even after buzzcut, as top is on average 20% thicker than sides in healthy hair, so if you are experiencing male pattern baldness you have to lose about one third of the hair on your top for the thinning to become noticeable.

The back looks like it's starting to thin . Start minoxidil , needling and finasteride . At just 20 YR's old you will do very well .

Before pics? Based on these it seems like you are thinning. Kind of reminds me of Rafael Nadal’s hair from years ago.
What is your family history of hairloss?
That is very important to know.
Try to get your scalp evaluated under magnification by a hairloss surgeon/trichologist/dermatologist to get a sense of how extensive the miniaturization is (cannot rely on your naked eye alone) and get a proper diagnosis. Have a conversation about Finasteride with your doctor and do your homework about the drug. Also plenty of discussion about it in this forum if you take the time to search.
