Am I balding? (pics)

I'm 30 years old latino, and I feel like my hair has been slowly receding over the years, especially on my right side. I use nothing for it, because of all the side effects that come from propecia and minoxidil. I'd rather just leave it alone.

I wanted to know if I would benefit from getting hair transplant on my receding spots, so my hairline looks better, and how many hairs would I need to be transplanted. Also what number or code am I? I have read about codes like nw3, nw4, etc, could you tell me what number or code I am?

I know for sure, that in 10 years, my recession will be more prominent than now, but is the best course of action, to get transplant now, or wait until 40?

Here are some pics, with my hair combed to the side, combed back, and slicked back with water. I know I have dandruff, I didn't wash my hair

I don't think you are balding. You look about Norwood 1.75. You have some thin areas from over combing it looks like. Just a thought...

Hard to say from angle pictures. Ask someone to take correct pictures like in my avatar.

Hard to say without know what your hair used to look like. Regardless, you're 30 with next to no loss, so if you are losing, you'll lose as a slow rate I conjecture.

Best thing you can do is see a derm and have them map your hair. If you really are balding, you might be able to lock it down with finasteride.

hair looks a lot like mine honestly and Im in the same boat as you. Great quality hair thin spots on the hairline. I posted pics of my hair on here, everyones like yall balding

Then i posted a HD video with a decent camera of myself combing my hair back like youve done in ur pics and everyone called me a hypochondriac/trolling/show off.

I think your okay man, if you can try and keep ur eye out for girls with their hair back and you will find many girls have thin hair at the temples too.

Omg all of these guyz are USELESS, don't listen to these nw7 idiots..
Yes you are balding, your temples are definitly thinning. You should go straight to finasteride, and forget about baldness forever.

The guy shows no signs of hairloss and you tell him to get on one of the most detrimental medications to a mans sexuality? Finasteride is a last resort as it is known to cause permanent sexual side effects in some men. However yes it is The most effective. But I certainly wouldn't recommend it to someone who isn't even sure if he is balding!

Omg you are a part of the guyz who are a real threat for all the young guyz in early stage of male pattern baldness. The KEY OF THE SUCESS is to catch this ****ing disease in the very begining.

If I post a picture of my hair you will all say that I don't lose a single hair and that I got a perfect hairline, but you know what, I know that I'm loosing my hair, and I'm on dutasteride + finasteride.
I'm just happy that I took the right decision to fight male pattern baldness 5years ago.

Nowadays(and maybe for the next years) it's VERY difficult to regrow hair when they're gone, but it's pretty easy to stop the progression of hairloss.
Don't wait to be a nw3+ with the temples of Vegeta in DragonBall to act.

Yeah I've seen that guys post. Good for him. But he hasn't quit finasteride and doesn't know if he will feel the wrath of Post finasteride syndrome which is the biggest concern of mine. Many men's bodies are adjusting fine going
on finasteride and their body adapts. It's the quitting finasteride where some men are running into trouble. And finasteride lowers dht by 70 percent. That's your most potent male hormone. The hormone that gives you a penis among other male characteristics. And it does in fact play a role in the male brain, in our prostates (for the good) and other tubing down there. Many men are willing to take the risks with this drug but I wouldn't advise it to someone that has some thinning from over combing his hair due to narcisstic tendencies. He's paranoid about losing his luscious locks because he is in love with them. I will advise finasteride occassionally because i do know it works the best. I took it for 7.5 years. When you've taken it that long and then quit it and tell me you don't see a return in morning erections and stiffer erections then by all means recommend the hell out of
the drug. But you newbies who have taken the drug for 2 days and praise it for its wonders should shut up.

The only one that should be recommending finasteride is a physician. When I consulted mine about retaking it he simply said what's more important to me? The drug is a vanity thing. It will keep my prostate small not that I need to at my young age. He was fine with prescribing it and that Pfs wasn't likely to ever happen. But in the end he would expect it to have an effect on a man because it lowers dht. To me it's not worth it anymore.

If the guy knows he is losing hair and desperately wants to keep it I agree finasteride is the way to go. But I've read posts where men were developing mature hair lines and got on finasteride to quit 10 years later to find out they were never losing their hair in the first place. And vegetas hairline is badass!!! Doesn't he nail bulma? Besides when your ripped and super sayan who cares about hair?
