I’ve noticed some thinning right on my sideburns and just above that. From far it doesn’t look like it, but I tried taking closeups to show that seems thinner out. What do I do??

It's hard to evaluate as we don't have before pics and cannot be sure if it's really thinning. Also I don't really heard of male pattern baldness starting with that exact spot. Usually it starts from temples and / or crown. If it is really thinning might be alopecia areata but I doubt that. Consider keeping an eye on it, if it continues, you should see a dermatologist as it seems as an exceptional case.

The crown and everywhere else of my hair is completely fine but it has the been the sides, specifically the right side, that’s been bugging me. I have been watching it for a few months, I don’t think much has changed

Here are some photos from October. What do you think?

To be honest, I wouldn't worry too much, I don't see a big difference. If you would see thinning in temples it would be a perfect time to get some minoxidil and try to prevent it from progress. In your case it looks fine. At one moment I too experienced hair thinning from that spot on both sides. 2 years later it looks good so far, too bad that my hair-line really receded. So once again, occasionally take a look at your temples / crown, if you don't notice anything here - you're all good.

Alright, I’ll keep progress of it. Thanks!

No idea, but if I were a gambling man I'd bet you haven't thinned at all. Monitor once a month or every two months. Dont do it often or you'll drive yourself crazy.

Its pretty normal lower density on that side after your hairline matured

That’s actually what I have been doing and that’s why it is driving me nuts. Anytime I see a slight difference I get anxious.

the hair wont fall out but its not a very good sign for hairtransplants as it can thin out the donor area

its called retrograde alopecia i think

seems like really mild Retrogade Alopecia maybe from traction of your hairstyle. This is nothing to be worried about, you should pay attention to temples / crown as first worrying signs

My first signs of balding were actually Retrograde, then temples, then crown, then full top diffusse (in that order)
