I've been taking finasteride for around 3 months but my hair seems to keep thinning, and I have zero decrease in libido. Should I keep going or switch to Dutasteride?

You gotta give it way more time. I would say by a year at the very least your hair loss should be stabilized. Peak results could take a few years. Or you could be in the unlucky minority and get no benefit at all.

Also, this is the time peoriod where you are probably overdoing it on paying attention to your hair. Nothing makes hair disappear faster

its expected to be worse off at 3 months then baseline. A hair life cycle takes months (excluding long portions of the anagen phase).

Ive been on finasteride since July 2014....Hairline is at its worst ever! Would it be worth me cutting to the chase and going on dutasteride?
