To make this simple,

Get generic finasteride online, take up to 1mg per day, maybe starting with .25mg if you'd like to experiment. This targets the main issue for male pattern baldness.

Get minoxidil, which is somewhat of a vasodialator so it increases blood flow which will stimulate growth.

Order Nizoral if you'd like and use it once or twice per week.

Everything else like oils and other tinctures and herbs will help as well but the above mentioned are the most potent and recognized.

What do u mean If I manage ? Like if stores here sell it ? Also idk how I'm gonna know what products doing what but ill let u know how it goes with s5 I can't risk having sex for propecia although I'd rather take a pill than some cream , my heads gonna be soaked everyday..

Thanks for all the help to everyone who replied, I decided I'm gonna go see my Doctor and see if she will prescribe me to propecia, and then also use rogaine and nizoral shampoo, with a name like "the big 3" I'm really expecting this to work.
