Am I Going Bald? I Don’t Know What Is Happening

I dont lose a lot of hair. But I’m beginning to see my scalp. What do you guys recommend?
And do I get bald? Can I do anything about it?
My father isn’t bald, but some of my mothers brother are bald. My brother lose a lot of hair, and he might get bald.

Please help.

Your starting too, you can try using rogaine or just keep an eye on it. I wouldnt let it progress any more without starting some basic treatment.

I would rather have mild loss than start on finasteride immediately, if it gets noticeably worse after 6 months then you can consider something like that, but a lot of times people don't have further loss than a little bit of the whorl area. Though a lot of people also say they're glad they started as soon as they did.

Biotin will do jack sh*t. Get on the Finasteride, start by cutting the 1 mg pills in to 4 quarters and take one quarter a day. Do this for 6 months if you don't see any improvement go to half a pill etc.

Its worth a try. My diet is poor, I only eat junk food, almost never eat vegetables or fruit..

If you only take Quarter of a pill you are unlikely to get side effects most people of full dose don't get sides so worth a go. Remember once your hair disappears it is very hard to get back if not impossible in most cases with out transplant. Taking a quarter dose of finasteride is worth it for you as your crown is starting to break up.

Its not hard to eat an apple every now and again and a couple of carrots with your burger.

If that' the only place you think you have hair loss then I don't think you'e losing your hair, I have a crown like that, it just looks like a double crown honestly. Most people don't know what one is, check it out

I also think you just have a crown like that and you aren't reciding, my boyfriend always had a crown like that and never had any hairloss

Guys I'm taking finasteride1mg ED for almost 3 months
I saw some improvement in density initially but now after 3 months I'm shedding like crazy and my hairline has thinned out a lot
Is it the regular finasteride shed or something else

Has anyone faced shedding after 3 months of finasteride??
