am i losing my hair?

Hi guys, im 22 years old and i think i have a receding hairline that is getting worse and worse. I sometimes have an itchy head and my doctor said that i have eczema on my scalp is this linked to balding? also i can notice my hair is going a lighter colour. Im now thinking about having propecia but am worried about all the bad side effects should i try it anyway? Thanks for any help given

Get on finasteride. It is the best treatment available for hair loss atm and the chance for sides is not that big.

I think it is better to consult a specialist - trichologist, who will be able to identify whether you have any problems or not. According to the photo you've provided it looks like NH2 (Norwood - Hamilton scale).
I'm on Finasteride (active ingredient of Propecia) and I don't suffer from any kind of side effects and my sexual life is not affected.

yes similar to that for the last few years but seems to be thinning alot more now and my hairs are falling out all the time

Ok so a week on finasteride at 0.5mg a day and I still shed loads in the shower and today my nipples felt abit painful could this be gyno?

I read that some temporary shedding from finasteride is to be expected about 2 weeks in.

you wont see results or even a slowing of hairloss for months on finasteride. The hair life cycle and growth is a very long, slow process
