Those temples are not receding...they are mature. Notice how they go back in a straight line and not up into your hair.

I really think you should stop worrying about hairloss.

I was getting paranoid that it was thinning my hair out, I read a thread on HLH and there were guys on there complaining that there hairloss was worsening. So I discontinued use and taking a more natural approach atm rather then aggrevating it after a trip to the derm....Diet etc.

Derm told me that my hair is quite thick, and that finasteride will only improve it slightly, very very very early hairloss atm. Was thinking of giving minoxidil ago to restore my temple points, but dont know if I could use that for life.

Sorry about the pic quality! It's more of a V - couldnt grab the front bit. Doesn't seem to have changed much - the hairline.

The male pattern baldness Police annoy me.....

male pattern baldness is a *relative* condition.

1) You were born a NW4, with fine thin hair..... then start to thin.

2) You were born a NW0 with thick full hair..... then start to thin.

THESE ARE BOTH BALDING!!!!!
Just because the second guy might take 10 years to catch up with what the first guy was born with is irrelevant.

Sometimes I think the jealousy of men who are at an earlier stage by those of a latter stage is embarrassing for such a generally helpful forum.

uh oh, he's calling his nw1 reinforcements

I've no idea who he his, and you've no idea where I am on the Norwood scale.

I just think this gradation of "worthiness" to worry about balding is utterly bizarre.

Yes, there's the occasional troll here. But 99.9% of posters are not here to "mock" people who have more hair loss, any more than you're here to "mock" the NW7s.

How would you like if if the NW7s belittled your hairloss as "irrelevant"?

Dont you know? there's cliques up in gourmetstylewellness.com. The 1's hang out with the 1's and 2's, the 7's stick to their own kind

I think what he means is this:

My right temple point is going like that. And although he has hairloss (matt damon), it is not significant.

Or this:
