Guy has literally had the same hairstyle for 25 years or more. It's time for him to finally switch to something different already. I could see him getting a transplant due to his job but I don't think it's necessary yet unless he wants to keep that hairstyle he has had forever. His density is still insane and there are several hairstyles that could work out for him in my opinion

Maximum Norwood 2.5. Take a close look at the classic Norwood scale. He's nowhere close to Norwood 4.

I cannot predict the future,but my brother being a NORWOOD 4 at 33 scares me. I mean,he never got on treatments,and used a lot of chemicals on his hair throughout his youth. The hair at front of my hairline is diffusing,do you think I should ad minoxidil?

My dad was balding at 17 yet his brother was a full head for life so it doesn't always happen just because your brother is going bald. I have better hair than my brother and his hair was always way thicker than mine. You can't predict your future but I can tell you are going to be fine if you stick to proven treatments for now like finasteride and yes I would add minoxidil. You don't have an aggressive case. I hope so,brother. though,lately i have been shedding A HELL LOT,like my hair is falling easily,and im losing on average 50/60 hairs on shower. Might be a shed at 9 months into treatment?
