it says most of them had low testosterone.... nothing to do with finasteride. Also they were in the age range where ED can occur naturally. And a study of 8 patients, with no control group? These 8 people are 8 people out of thousands who came forward claiming they got ED/sexual sides while on finasteride. Permanent "sides" are just as high in placebo groups, as is evidence by every single study done with a significant sample size/control group

Controls were 11 otherwise healthy matched men (aged 23–49 years) who undergone circumcision for phimosis, and who never took finasteride or analogues. Differences in AR expression and nerve density in different portions of dermal prepuce were evaluated in the 2 groups.

This still is not a valid study. People entered the study by their own admission, so you cant conclusively say they have ed from finasteride.
