Any cases of dutasteride switch that worked??

I'm really looking for some hope at this point.

Are there any cases of people who continued to lose hair on finasteride but stopped after switching to dutasteride?
My male pattern baldness genes are very aggressive and I am balding in NW6 pattern.

I've see guys on these forums claimed that Dutasteride worked better for them. Some had great improvement, others had slight and for some it worked the same. According to wikipedia, Dutasteride is three times more potent than finasteride in inhibiting the type II enzyme. but that's theoretical because finasteride seems to work better for some men, where as others dutasteride is more effective. I hope this helps.
