Any Experience With Laser Combs?

So I was readying about these on Hold the Hairline and I was wondering if anyone here has actually tried laser combs? I haven't seen them mentioned. I'm in the early stages of hair loss with just a bit gone on the top, and while I'm still in the early stages of finasteride and rogaine, the idea of a laser comb seems appealing. A device that doesn't need to be refilled, doesn't require messy application/risk toxicity. If it has the chance to work for early to mid stage hair loss I'd consider it.

But I haven't seen it mentioned here so I have to wonder if anyone's even tried it much less experienced success with it.

My dermatologist specifically brought them up and said not to waist money or time on them.

I bought one, one of the dumbest decisions of my life. Waste of US$ 300. Also 3x15 minutes a week for a couple months. Time is money.

I started paying better attention to health last year -- it took me a few months to realize that a huge fraction of pubmed studies are fraudulent corrupt nonsense.

The hair specialist I saw was trying to push that on me; it would have cost the same as a cheap hair transplant. No thanks.
