Any experience with Revivogen? And is Nizoral mandatory?

So I just started treatment of the Revivogen package and Rogaine foam about two weeks ago.

I initially bought Revivogen instead of finasteride because I heard Revivogen is supposed to be a topical alternative without side effects. Question is, am I just kidding myself with a topical treatment? I haven't seen anyone here with Revivogen in their personal regimens. Do I need to stop kidding myself and just go with real finasteride? Has anyone here seen success with Revivogen??

Also, I bought nizoral shampoo but I havent used it yet because for two weeks of consistent Revivogen and Rogaine foam treatment, my scalp looks exactly the same. No sign of inflamation, redness, or iritation at all. Does this mean I don't need to use Nizoral? the only difference I see in my scalp is the hour or so of tingling sensation I get from using the Revivogen shampoo+conditioner. Please help!!

try finasteride . . Finasteride is proven, FDA approved, documented by many users here on the forum with success(imp part).. .while revivogen lacks all of the mentioned things.

What JZA70 said. Do a bit of research, find out the mechanism by which it works, look for clinical/scientific studies. Revivogen is just another scam, you'd do as well to buy some supplements and volumising shampoo.

Well of course all the finasteride users will call Revivogen crap.

Ive only been using it for a little over 2 months. However, i can say that my hair has slightly improved in just this short time. I have little to no hair fallout, hair is shinier and a bit fuller. I cant give my final word until after a year tho. Its the fatty acids that block dht and inhibit 5ar. There are studies that show this.

It works best for diffuse thinners. If your male pattern baldness is aggressive, forget it....better get on finasteride.

There ARE success stories using it. Do a search. This sites admin plus a few others have had success.

I would use the nizoral every 2-3 days. Good luck!
