Hi there I am 38 and lost my hair have a strong family history of male pattern baldness i abeen on big three for 1 mont now is there any hope i am posting my pics for your feedback.

There is always hope. I'm sure you know you've left it pretty late to start meds, although that doesn't mean you won't see some success.

Stick with it you never know what lies ahead. If you have plenty of minituarized hairs about or revivable folicles then they can potetially all regrow strong n long.
You could thicken up that middle scalp area and your crown somewhat, no idea by how much and could possibly close the gap on your hairline island area.
It all depends on you as a person and your responsiveness to meds.

Thanks pete and combover for ur coments I did used big 3 like 5 years b4 and got good results but i dont know why i stopped it and lost all the hairs i regrew overtime i was wondering the big 3 is going to work this time after nearly 5 years of gap. cheers

Looks visibly improved to me. I'd keep at it.

Definitely getting better coverage. U might also let it grow a bit on top and use thickening held and shampoos. Keep going though and don't get lazy with the routine!
