Any Minoxidil users here who wear contact lenses?

Hey Forum,
This doesnt strictly relate to HLTalk. But is there any minoxidil user here who also contact lenses. If you are reading this.. would you be kind enough to share your everyday experience. Given how minoxidil causes slight itching in the head and flake in some cases... can this impact your contact lens wear?

Maybe try nizoral to help with the flake.

Asking because sometimes dandruff like flakes even happen the morning after application. When that happens how to cope with lens wear was my conundrum.

I use minoxidil and contact lenses. I got no issues with it, just make sure to wash your hands properly before applying and taking out your contacts. I usually put on and off my contacts before applying minoxidil.

I use day lenses. Convenient as hell. Didn't have any problems at all.

I wear contact lenses and use minoxidil. I'm bit confused by your question. What's the correlation between the two supposed to be?

I will say though, don't ever get that s*** in your eye...I did once, and the pain is not something I will soon forget lol

I do, but I don't get the flaking. Isn't that what eyelashes are for though? I can't imagine it would be a problem.

Yeah thats true about the lashes. I think I have a little ocd when it comes tiny particles.. anyway
today is my first day back on lenses. Lets see how it goes..
