Don't know if it helps but i've been using spironolactone on and off for a couple of years along with dutasteride, Nizoral and Minoxidil - It definately has an effect on Acne and seems to reduce acne to a clear stop after a couple weeks of application, so obviously it is having (some degree of) an antiandrogenic effect on the local area. As to whether it has helped my hair or not, it's much more difficult to tell - I seem to have found a general increase in vellous hair after several months of application, but ofcourse this could be down to any of the other treatments.
In theory combining spironolactone with the others should do the job, but i can't recall seeing many success stories - If you can afford it, then you may as well continue using it, if you run into money troubles, I would think that you would be best off dropping the spironolactone instead of the finasteride (or anything else you might be using).
Have you tried using Nizoral and Minoxidil?
