Propecia came out over 20 years ago and we've had nothing better yet, wouldn't hold your breath.

I'm sure one day there will be treatment available where everyone will have perfect hair. Unfortunately though, I don't think it'll come in our lifetime to be honest.

One cure could be that hair system technology will become so advanced that it's impossible to tell, is easy to maintain and never falls off and/or is socially acceptable. People would wear them and change there style like clothes. Even non bald people will choose to wear them rather than growing it long etc. This would cure baldness totally for everyone. Women already wear extensions etc so why not this?

Totally can see this happening, one day. Hell, people might willingly shave their real hair just because it's so inconvenient compared to this magic hairpiece, rocking long wavy hair one day and a crew cut the next.

Alas, that is probably a far ways away.
