Anybody consider Plastic Surgery?

having a crooked nose isn't just solely an appearence issue. i too have what could be called a slightly crooked nose, but despite it being only slightly out of its place it still hinders normal air flow, sometimes it gets bad.

back in 2009 i was scheduled to have a surgery to fix this, i was already in hospital but then i got cold and the procedure had to be canceled and postponed to couple months later. then i started balding and never returned to have it done because i didn't care anymore.

lol, no just exploring, thankfully my jaw isn't is anywhere near as bad as the guy in the pic, but you can see what a difference a good jaw makes, even to an extremely average looking guy like that.

I worry about what my headshape will look like when i go nw5+ full blown bald, I'm not trying to look perfect, I never looked perfect to begin with even before male pattern baldness kicked in, so that doesn't bother me, but I won't be able to accept it if I look like a total cancer patient, all i want is to look normal, or as normal as a bald guy can look.

If it turns out my headshape is actually ok and passable I won't bother even considering any of this nonsense obviously, as it's much healthier psychologically and for the sake of your mental well being and happiness, to just accept it and move on with life, but you can understand why certain guys, like the guy in the pics with that awfully weak jawline has gone through with it.

What is there to be proud about of the physical attributes that you have no control over, and that are just being dictated by your genes?

You an be proud of your accomplishments, your work, something you have contributed towards.

But being proud of your baldness, ugly face??

Even if you are pretty, what is there to be proud about appearance?

I don't think there is any plastic surgery you can do to offset baldness, of make baldness "fit" you, just in general to be tall, big and well toned.

those are the 3 main things.

1. TALL (6 0 - 6 2)
2. Body Builder type
3. Well Toned.

those 3 attributes far outweigh anything you can do to your jaw line and such.

teeth whitening does help as well!

Its what makes you YOU dude...i admit im nothing special looking but im proud because it is ME it be boring if we all looked the same if you are not proud to be yourself then...i really dont know what to say have fun getting surgery.

I have no comments on the plastic suregry part, but the 3 things you mentioned are not correct. I was watching Star Trek Insurrection, and man, does Patrick Stewart look good in uniform. Better than all guys with hair on that movie. And Patrick is 5.10 and not a bodybuilder type. he is well toned though.

You being good looking and pretty, as the other guy said, is all about your genes and there is nothing to be proud about that because you are born with it and you have no control over it. So you may feel blessed and all but shouldn't feel proud of how good looking you are.

However, what they say in my country is 'a man is responsible for how he looks in his later life because his looks as he ages shows how well he has lived his life'

well talk about from one extreme to the other. on one side theres people willing to undergo multiple surgeries on other side there's you with some kind of irrational ''you need to take pride in your ugliness'' point of view. what is being ugly good for anyway? apart from being regarded as lesser human/shunned by others? taking pride in ugliness sounds a lot like stubborness/denial/coping mechanism tbh.

I had rhinoplasty when I was younger (18). I broke my nose when I was younger, so I decided to go ahead and get it done for cosmetic reasons more than anything. They did a great job and it looks way better than it did before.

Im 6,1/6,2 i think last time i measured myself i was 16 (im 21 now) and i was 6,1 going onto 6,2 and i havent grown much since then...and what Norwood? i would have to say NW3 or NW4 not to sure to be honest.
