Also anybody know if the RetinA Micro 0.1% is the same as the Retina you all talk about using with Rogaine? I actually just started Rogaine one time a night to my routine, and I have the Retina Micro 0.1% for my acne already, and I decided to put some on my head before the rogaine last night....I only hear people talking about the 0.025% or the 0.05% RetinA, but my dermatologist gave me the more powerful 0.1% to spot treat acne.......

I actually felt light headed and had some head pressure after 5 minutes of adding the rogaine, and it lasted a good 30 minutes before the side effect went away....

Any other similar experiences? I can handle the side effect, if the RetinA Micro 0.1% is the same as the retinA your all talking about.

The retinamicro.com website says

Are there different concentrations of RETIN-A MICRO available?
RETIN-A MICRO is currently available in two concentrations, 0.04% and 0.1%. Your doctor or dermatologist can decide which one is right for you.

So what are these other Retina's people are using with rogaine??? Should I not be using this 0.1% retina micro!?

Let me know please

It's probably better, because it tends to produce less irritation than non-micro retin-a, and it is much less prone to degrading from light exposure.

However, beware the light-headedness. It means the minoxidil is reaching significant levels in your blood and this is a health risk. You may not want to use the retin-a for this reason.

Thank you for the information. One more question for you...

I understand that Retin-A has an active ingredient that is a derivative of Vitamin A.

Accutane causes hair loss because of the Vitamin A.

So why is Retin-A effective with Rogaine? I understand it allows for better absorption, but couldn't that be done with just taking hot shower and then applying the Rogaine? Benefits of absorption are offset if you ask me if your also absorbing Vitamin A into your scalp, I would think!?

Where is my line of thinking wrong?
