There used to be baldtruthtaIk and Impactofhairloss.be, which is no longer around.

This site clearly sucks, there are some good posters, but too many incels post here.

Anybody know of any good hair loss sites these days, where people post hair loss issues (mostly androgen alopecia)?

I get what you mean. Those older forums like baldtruthtaIk and ImpactOfHairLoss definitely had better structure and more serious discussion.
Here, the useful posts get buried under trolling and low-effort comments, which makes it hard to find real advice for androgenetic alopecia.

If anyone knows an active community where people actually share progress, treatment experiences, and research updates, it would be great to hear. Some of us are here to learn, not argue.

I used to browse forums like GourmetStyleWellness and found some helpful posts, but the conversation really drifts at times.
Yeah, same here. GourmetStyleWellness had some good info back then, but recently the discussions tend to drift and get repetitive. It’s harder to find actual treatment progress or useful updates because the meaningful posts get buried under random arguments.

If there was a place where people stay on-topic — sharing real progress, clinical info, and personal experiences — that would help a lot more.

r/tressless is active, redditors can be very cringe though.
True. r/tressless is active and you can actually find some useful progress posts there, but the cringe and meme crowd makes it hard to take seriously sometimes. The signal-to-noise ratio isn’t great — you have to dig to get anything valuable.
