I'm starting my 4th month this week and the past 2 weeks or so, I've been noticing headaches on and off. Anyone experience this?

I get headaches all the time. I have my entire life. I have seen docs countless times about this with no help. One jackass Doctor even prescribed me pain meds for it. Unreal. For anyone that doesn't migraines, pain meds is the absolutely wrong approach to stopping this.

Anyway, a major factor in headaches is dehydration. I once got on Propecica years ago for one month and had to drop it for cost. At that time they listed Dehydration as a side affect of Propecia, though for some reason they don't anymore(this was 2000 I think). I would double your water intake for now and see if this can help. A normal person doesn't drink enough water anyway. So doubling it may actually be the regular amount you need.

Its pretty commonly known that modifying hormonal levels gives people migraines sometimes. Women on Estrogen get them frequently.

I religiously got a severe migraine if I would go off of Propecia for any extended period of time (1 week) and then back on it again. Lasted a day or so, or until I had a full nights sleep.

Headaches were the most common side effect I had directly related to the usage of Propecia.
