I had it done at HIS hair. Never got called out..kept it high forehead but you have to deal with fading and controlling head shine.
I'm on meds now.

looks good. how much hair do yu have left? How do you deal with shine also is it effective in dealing with shine? What med? finasteride?

Also how long have you had it done? Did you get it done in the uk?

Thanks..I got it done in LA..took a total of 3 sessions ..there are products you can use to deal with shine..matte anti-shine products. I never felt comfortable with the way it looked although I don't think I could've gotten a better outcome. This was my hair pre-smp

Decent smp looks better than bald head. Just look at fousey tube. When you get older you can just laser it off.

No pics of shaved down to show. I thought it was a good option for me at the time..got it done like 3 years ago..have since been on meds for the last 2+ years and have gotten a bit of regrowth and hairs are now covering most of smp that I had done.

Yea I got a fut 1300 graft transplant like 15 years ago. Wasn't on meds and lost hair behind the work. When I got smp the scar was my main concern and they did some good scar coverage.

Yea that was just after a session thus the redness...That's the thing with smp, if you don't shave to the bone it becomes more obvious. I was always paranoid when standing in line and such thinking everyone notices. If you get it done and don't wanna shave to the bone you cannot go below your hairline.

i dont wana shave it to the bone, but keep it really short. short buzz cut. couple mms. was gona get some hairline work, to fix temples then smp all over to give more illusion.

Yea it's permanent but don't worry it fades
Mine has faded a lot..smp ink isn't put as deep into your skin as a regular tattoo so the sun will fade it right off your noggin if you don't wear a hat or rub sunscreen on your head.

No not any closer ones but you can get a lot of info on the hishair forums which is what I did for like a year before I had mine done.

plan was to look like this.

get conservative temples done fue in red area , then keep short, and some light smp over the scalp. maybe some a bit more fue in crown and all over for a bit coverage

That will look good but you will probably need to go with a zero guard on your shaver and remember the smp fades so you will need touch ups which are cheaper than your original smp but an ongoing cost nonetheless.

yeah was gonna get temporary smp anyway incase it doesnt work out.

This was a fade that I got and had to get a touch up

i prefer the cactus thinning hair appearance. which is the best game to run.

1 grade blade all over.
