To big of an incision blade. typically at the hairline you want .675 -1mm with 1s
so the pluggy look is all to do with the size of the blade used? the bigger the opening, the pluggier the look?
so basically with todays technology, youll always get a pluggy look, even with incisions of 1mm or less. its just the way it is? even at this length, it will take take on pluggy appearance, just less so than older surgeries.
I understand your points in a lot of your topics, but there is a lot of misinformation you present. there is not a lot you know asides from pointing out the basics in every thread.
yes i know i dont know anything about hair transplants. thats why im here asking these f*****g questions man. all i wanted to know is why transplanted hairs take on this pluggy look. why do they grow out the scalp so unnaturally thick. but its all to do with the size of the incision used yes?
you say im pointing out the basics, but no f****r seems to be helping me get answers. this 'pluggy look' im obsessed about seems like a pretty f*****g important issue to me. i just wana know why it happens, and how to avoid/minimize it as much as possible.
ll though with a buzz look I find most transplant never look good. I agree with you on this point.
but why dont buzz cuts look good? thats what im asking. i know they look pluggy as sh*t. and i know that no matter how many grafts you try and implant, you will always look like a f*****g cactus. but why?
