Anyone Had Success Growing This Kind Of Hair?

I’m going in to my third month on finasteride/Min. And my density has taken a heavy hit, as has my hairline.

All across my scalp now I have these small miniaturised or new hairs (hard to tell) will these or can these grown in to normal hair like the rest of my head. Cause right now the texture is different, tho some are growing quite long.

Please someone tell me they’ve had succes with hair like this.. because I’m struggling to find anyone that’s had this similar texture hair and success.
