Anyone had success with 0.25mg finasteride ED

I've dropped my dose to 0.25mg ED. So far I'm happy. It makes being on finasteride dirt cheap which is great for my student budget.

I'm looking to maintain. Currently nw2 age 24.

Anyone here have success maintaining on this dosage? In theory it should be fine...

go with .25 one day and .5 the next and so on. .25mg/day is too little, i noticed maintenance on mentioned dosage.

Depends on the person. The only major study with a similar dose (.2mg) showed it being very effective at maintaining hair.

I've been on .25 mg since January of this year. Actually I was on .25 EOD for the first 6 and 1/2 months and maintained fine. I upped it to .25 every day just to see if I might get a little regrowth. No dice thus far but I didn't expect any to begin with so I'm still extremely content.

So yes, .25 EOD and ED has worked great for me for 10 months now. But I'm very happy purely with maintenance. Anyone going with .25 probably shouldn't expect much more than that.
