i started thinning around the crown 5 years ago. i was in denail back then, because i thought there was no way a 15 year old can begin to bald.
my hairline isnt intact, no way. my hairline has receded 1cm all along, and it is continuing to recede. at the moment, it looks as though ants have been eating through it. i have 1 single strand of terminal hair 1 cm below my current hairline, where my hairline used to be. it looks ridiculious, but i havnt cut it off, because it helps to remind me that, that was where my hairline was 1.5 years ago. maybe I began thinning along the hairline 2 years ago, but they began to fall off a year ago.
I noticed rapid shedding 1.5 years ago all around the norwood 5a region. So, maybe my Androgenetic Alopecia isnt that aggressive, because I am on my 5th year of Androgenetic Alopecia ??

i dont wanna add minoxidil onto my regimen.

i went on pr0cerin scam from last year (november 2004) and quit last august. I been on that crap for 10 months straight, and my hairloss may have continued to progress :( I well and truly regret going on pr0cerin. before pr0cerin, i had thinning along my hairline and around the crown. now, the 2 have met, and I am a diffuse thinner all over norwood 5a.

I well and truly hate myself for going on a non-proven scam product. At the time, I was new to Androgenetic Alopecia and its treatments. The lies that pr0cerin put on their website made it very attractive. they claimed 88% success, no side-effects, 100% natural herbs and claimed that it was more effective than propecia. I fell for that so deeply.

Thats' a mistake I am going to have to live with for the rest of my shitty bald life :(

I would advise every single person to avoid pr0cerin scam at all cost!

Uh, yes. Don't f'ing do it unless you want a training bra for Christmas. If you're gay, I guess you could get by with it. Are you GAY?

PEOPLE - DON'T TAKE ANY PRESCRIPTION DRUG WITHOUT GOING TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

I'm blown away by people who are self-prescribing crap. Holy $#iT people, spironolactone for goodness sakes..... take a step back and think about what you're doing.

are the chances of sides bigger than finasteride or dutasteride ?

DON"T TAKE ORAL spironolactone!!!

some people are willing to try anything as long as it works....They say castration will also have positive effects on your hair...

How is your regimen doing now noorur? How are your results with the dutasteride? I think you should add minoxidil. If your getting good results with the dutasteride, then you won't have to add the minoxidil. If not I would add the minoxidil. I'm taking Finpecia and minoxidil myself. Also using a Laser Brush. I can feel these little hairs on the top of my head, similar to razor stubble.  So something must be happening.
