Anyone noticed hairloss with increased facial hair?

You know thinking back on it my hair didnt start miniturizing until my facial hair started growing alot faster, and I got facial hair on my neck. Until that point I always had hardly any facial hair like an abnormally small amount even though I was almost 21. Im starting to think DHT is the problem although i never tried a dht inhibitor maybe I should. Anyone else notice more hairloss as the noticed faster or thicker facial hair growth?

Yes, I have. If I take dhea, facial hair really increases and so does scalp hair shedding.

arg I want to try propecia, but theres some problem I have with taking a prescription drug. I dont take advil, so taking a hormone altering drug for a problem thats really progressing extremely slowly is not an easy thing to do.

its as safe as it gets as far as a drug's concerned though... u might regret it that u didnt start earlier too.

A had similar anxiety...I really felt taking finasteride would somehow change my life or make me feel different. I even planned to hold off using it until after this semester so I could enjoy the next few weeks. But I decided to go with it immediately and, so far, it's turned out to be a great decision. My hair loss slowed down instantly and I feel great...no side effects to speak of. I really urge you to give it a shot before passing judgement.
