A big fat yes from me.

I'm allergic to it and nearly sneezed my tits off!

Nope, all good here.

You're going to scare yourself right of a regimen, SSM.

I love minoxidil!

Realy helps with my hair.

I especially love Dr Lee's non greasy, light, quick drying stuff.

Minoxidil saved my hair.

I had pre-existing bald temples, and my center patch started to thin which seemed to be directing me to a full-frontal baldness future.

minoxidil stopped the loss, thickened up the center-strip SIGNIFICANTLY and cosmetically improved the hair there so much that my frontal hair is actually STYLABLE, and not just wispy Phil Collins-like sh*t. It filled in the upper corners of my temples, the sh*t just plain rocks.

I was wondering the same thing.. Will it make what I have worse? I am suffering from a thinning center/frontal area been on propecia for 5 years and am hesitant to make the jump.

I don't regret starting it, but I regret not starting it earlier.

When you say helps your hair, do you mean it helped your existing hair. Because mine seems to be ruining the hair on my mid scalp which was okay before i started minoxidil. i wish i never applied it to the entire top of my head now!!

Yes, you should stick with it. Your signature line states that you started treatment in January 05, so you have only been on it for a couple months. As hair takes 3 months for enhanced growth to start appearing above skin level, and this is for hairs that were just beginning to reenter anagen phase, you have not given it enough time to make any judgements.

The rule of thumb is that you should start seeing SOME positive signs from months 3 through 6, and should wait until month 12 before making any sort of judgement about how well of a minoxidil responder you might be.

Most all of the veteran minoxidil users, as well as the product literature, all say that in months 1 to 2 sheds are very common and what you are going through is a normal and expected part of the minoxidil process.

Same here. Stick with it. If you quit now, you'll always wonder what could have become of your hair had you continued five years from now when you've got your NW6. ¤_¤
