Anyone Use Alpecin Before? Feedback

I use a normal shampoo and then 2-3x a week I use Nizoral.

I've just yesterday got Alpecin and used it today. On their bottle it says daily shampoo to use (Leave it on for 2 mins)

Has anybody used it and is it a good tool to add? It's a caffeine based shampoo. Is it the same as basically what Nizoral is supposed to do?

I use it since 6 months.I use the alpecin double effect and i would definetely recommend it to any hair treatment.When i started the shampoo i had shedding and i thought that this is the worst shampoo ever but now i am very pleased with the results.What i do is i use one time in the week ketoconazole shampoo and the other days alpecin double effect and also use minoxidil,dermaroller and biotin.Alone shampoo wont help you much but with treatment alpecin is definetely good.And i also leave it for 5 minutes on my scalp.

I used Alpecin, just one day and it made my hair so dry afterwards. Like an hour or 2 after taking a shower my hair is so...dry. And my hair is naturally thick so it's pretty hard to style now. Is this normal? Any solution to this?

So you use Alpecin, every day as your shampoo? What have you discovered since using it as your highly recommending it

Maybe it is not good for your scalp.I have oily scalp so i dont really feel my hair dry.I use it almost every day and i actually bought it first because i had seborrheic dermatitis and it is against dandruff and hairloss.It helped a bit with the dandruff and my hair started getting healthy like after 2/3 months affer using the shampoo if not more.Shampoos wih ketoconazole are used for seborrheic dermatitis scalp irritations and also it blocks dht.Nizoral has ketoconazole in it.

Alpecin shampoo did nothing for me. But yet again nothing has worked for me. You could give it a trial run and see how it goes but I think its a waste of money honestly.

I've used it for a while in conjunction with finasteride and minoxidil. I certainly wouldn't put it down as an essential product though. Alpecin actually got banned recently from saying their product reduces hair loss.
