Anyone using Revivogen?

Just started to use it in my new regime along with Rogaine foam (when it arrives) and Nizoral.

I used it before, about 3yrs ago, and my hairloss increased so I stopped and binned it.

Thanks to all the excellent advice I've read on here over the past few weeks, I decided to give it another shot, together with the above.

Couple of things though:

1. It turns my scalp red, I mean it looks like I've cut my head open and it's covered with dried blood (am very thin at the front)

2. The stuff separates in the dropper very quickly, leaving the red stuff at the bottom and a clear liquid at the top. I have to keep re-charging the dropper a bit at a time. Is this normal? I do shake the bottle, but it makes no difference.

Cheers

Yep arrived on Saturday.

2nd application.

Bloody great. I look like a RTA victim!

It gets worse - I can still see a brownish stain on my scalp AFTER washing.

If it does nothing for my hair, at least it should make for a good artificial tan and will keep the flies off!

What is your problem with the color of Revivogen?? I agree that it gives you a head like the one in the photo when you first apply it, but it dries really fast. Second, it doesnt smell so bad like people say. Third, if you wash your hair and scalp well (the next day) you will not have any problem. I am using Rev the last 2.5 months and I didnt have any shed, which I dont know if it is good or bad. But, on the other hand, I didn lose any hair after quitting finasteride (4 months off). You guys want to save your hair, but you complain with everything and switch from the one treatment to the other in a way that you wont see any good results.......

I've no problem with the colour - just trying to make light of the situation.

I think the smell is subjective, it just reminded me of insect repellent (use it when climbing). To be honest I neither like nor dislike it, but you must admit, it is a little pungent?

As for the stain, I only leave it in for 3-4hrs then wash my scalp and hair twice but it still looks like a fake tan allbeit fainter.

I intend to stick with my regime (2 x minoxidil foam, 1 x revivogen and nizoral 3 x week)

If it shows some improvement then the smell and colour will be worth it. Can't say fairer than that.

Dude that awesome that its been 4 months since you quit finasteride and no shed.

Can I ask how long were you on it for. What type of results and why did u quit.

I been on it for 3+ years but my sex drive is pretty low these days and thinking about stopping the finasteride.

1-2ml also.
I used rev about 2yrs ago but it did not turn my head that red. I have thinned out a bit since then, so maybe didn't notice it that much.
The liquid separates very quickly in the dropper, dark red stuff on the bottom. I have to keep shaking the bottle and only fill the dropper a 1/4 at a time. Maybe there is something wrong with it.
