I'm on an extreme regimen and personally don't regret it. With that said theres more sides than just breasts, you're young so its possible you will have hip bone widening. Your dick won't shrink if you keep using it, If you go a long time without using it then it will shrink, your new libido may make you not feel like using it though. If you take enough E, your brain shrinks though(yes im serious) cause it changes the proportion of gray matter to white matter to female proportions. If youre still considering this, please ask me and Ill tell you everything to expect.

I'm saying that because i'm under the impression that mtf girls have to keep taking those pills to stay feminine ... By that logic if you stop your routine your hormones should eventually balance out, no?

Why do you use cypro and spironolactone at the same time?

Just taking spironolactone would have been ideal seems as it is both a diuretic and an AA but I found I couldn’t tolerate the estrogenic effects at 100mg so opted for just using CPA as my primary AA. At 50mg I get the diuretic effects for use with Min, but without any of the estrogenic sides.

Definite changed in the brain volume, no doubt. Recently though, gray matter density has been found to be higher in females. This would help explain why women have comparable intelligence, while having less volume. (1)
I'm not going to say that hormone therapy won't shift around what you're intelligent at though. Might want to try picking up a new language.
Along with the above, another paper showed that your brain structure really does line up with the hormones in your body. What youre born as doesn't make a huge difference. (2)

The irreversibility claim [FOR YOUR BRAIN] should be a little more nuanced. I don't know if your natural hormonal profile ever returns post long term treatment, but if it doesn't, you should be able to return the brain to it's previous structure with hormone supplements. I don't see why it should be a one time thing considering the second study suggests that brain structure is largely the same for similar gender identity and biological gender individuals. This goes for both MtF and FtM. This is all conjecture though. This doesn't apply to other stuff like your breasts though. Those are staying.

It tends to really dehydrate me. I also get quite severe fatigue, weakness and breathing problems. I took 200mg for 9 months and I lost almost 10kg.

I also noticed that my eyes and cheeks sunk in and looked really hollow. I had these dark circles all the time

I'm starting to lose my hair again despite the fact I'm on duta and a high dose of spironolactone... So I don't know what to say honestly.. It' was going great just a week and a half ago..

Using estrogen without an AA won't do much I'm afraid. I was using estrogen for like 3 months and it didn't help, as if I was using nothing and balding continued. If you are going to use estrogen you must also use an AA.
