Anyway to reverse thinning all over head?

So my hair has been pretty much thinning all over since I was in highschool. My hair started to get really oily and smelly once I hit about grade 9 and it would look like it hadn't been washed for days. Fast forward to now, and my hair has been pretty consistent with it thinned all over. It doesn't look to be progressively getting worse, but it is still thin all over. You can see hair all over the scalp, but its thin and spaced out enough that you can see the scalp pretty clearly.

So my question is, are there any natural remedies or products that can help reverse this? Is this a result of a lack of some nutrient?

It isn't a lack of nutrients, it is what is called diffuse thinning, and I have the exact same problem. I have full scalp coverage and distinct hairline, but my hair changed when I was about 20 from mega dense to medium density, almost overnight.

When I mention anything about hairloss people say, "But you're not going bald", but I know what my hair used to look like.

You could start using minoxidil but some people claim that it doesn't work quite as well for diffuse thinners. I think it's still worth a shot for you.

You can use concealers like Dermatch or Nanogen, or both together.
