applying minoxidil is very difficult

It is impossible to cover the whole scalp with 1 ml of minoxidil.Could someone who have had good results tell me how he applies minoxidil?How to use the dropper or the sprayer to cover all areas of scalp?I use a dropper but find it difficult to cover all areas without getting it into hair.Please suggest.

I agree with you that it would be impossible to cover the whole scalp with 1 ml. Maybe 3 ml could do it if done perfectly.

Yeah; I just put it on my temples and back of my crown. I'd suggest watering it down somehow if you need to cover your whole scalp. Unless you can tolerate overdosing it but it gave me heart palpitations.

I use 2ml very time, that covers my whole scalp, and I think I have a bit of a big head, If you need more than 2ml, idk you are literally like the size of Paul Bunyan.

That happened to me one time. When I was using the foam. I dunno how much I used but it was loads.

You don't need to cover every bit of area on your scalp. There are many success stories with people using 1 ml for the entire top area of their head. Dr. Lee claimed minoxidil actually dissipates below the lower layers of your scalp skin, meaning you don't have to hit every single space of scalp.

Umm... I have diffuse loss and apply 1 mL twice a day over my scalp just fine. Much easier when you have very short hair though. Just put some on the front, spread it around with a latex glove, then the back the same way. Works fine, I get results.

What is the reason for using latex gloves?

Just my personal choice. That way I can see when the gloves fingertips are dry, that means the minoxidil has been sufficiently rubbed into the scalp. And it also gives me peace of mind that my hands aren't absorbing any minoxidil, just where it's needed.

I agree with you. I use 4 ml once a day with a sprayer.
