Applying Retin A and Rogaine Foam

After using rogaine for the past 1 year I am deciding to add Retin A to my regimen. I am currently applying rogaine twice a day and use Nizoral 2x/week, and Aveda shampoo on the other days. Sometimes I use T-Gel once in a blue moon.

Anyways I got a tube of retin A and I am planning on using it starting the new year. Can someone advise me on how I should apply it? Before/After the rogaine foam? How long I should wait before it drys? Should I apply at the same time? Basically all of the things I need to know. I also read on here that if I move to this regimen it would replace using the minoxidil twice a day. Is this true ?

Thanks

Apply first Retin-A and then the foam. I wait 1 hour before applying minoxidil. Some people wait 30 min.

Apply only once a day, at night, because your skin will be thinner and becomes more sensitive to the sun.

Start by applying a small amount a couple of times a week and work your way up. I use it every day.

If you want to apply to a diffuse and large area it’s easier to apply the solution than the cream.
