applying tricomin and prox n help

which is the best order to apply my Pox-n and tricomin ? i have dermatitis and after i get out the shower my skin begins to flake up as it dries to ive always used the triccomin and aloe vera to put moisture back into the scalp.

Would i be best to apply the prox n first then cover my scalp in tricomin ? if so how long a gap between the prox-n and tricomin to allow the prox-n to get into the scalp before applying the tric ?
