are you taking any treatment?
Nope, nor will I. I’m just curious if anyone sees any signs.

Personally I don’t see much of a difference, if any.

I’ve always had the sparseness right above my left eye - even as a baby the hair grows differently there.

And the whirl on my crown has always been there as well.

Crown is starting. Mine was like that about 5 years ago, I ignored it, and it started to diffuse toward the front. I'm just starting to take action now.
I'm 52 y old

I would say yes your balding. If you don't plan on using treatments more power to you. But it will probably get more aggressive the older you get. But if your fine with it, that's all that matters....goodluck with whatever you decide.

That is great hair for 33 years old but there is some diffuse that probably started in your late 20s. If I were you I would just start minoxidil or rogaine.

How can it be “great hair for a 33 year old” but balding.

Does not compute. Wouldn’t great hair be full, lush and no signs of balding?

Maybe I’m missing something.

He def is losing hair maybe very mildly. But his part is very thin and his crown is inflamed and thinning. I'm brutally honest because I'd want people to be honest with me. If he doesn't intend to use treatments then I don't know what his goal is here?

How would you know that just by looking at those pictures spaced out by just over a year that look the exact f*****g same?!

And he just wants to know. He said. Some people just wanna know. Upon knowing the answer, if it ain't the one he wanted to hear, then he may act, or, he may not.

I do just want to know. Same thing happened last thread. Some said balding, some said maybe and some said definitely not.

I’ll tell you that I don’t notice any hair fall and that my scalp has always been inflamed like that. I actually think it’s a type of port wine stain.

The crown isn't looking good. I was there once. I denied it as well, because I had a "double crown"
Eventually, almost over night it became obvious.
Not everyone balds the same way but when the crown looks diffused like OP's, it is a big red flag that it is marching forward instead of backward.
I still have mostly the same hairline that I had 25 years ago, but my crown is a different story.
His pattern looks like mine when it started.
Back forward toward diffuse thinning on top.
Just my opinion. Balding patterns are random so his may progress very slowly, or very fast from this point, but it is inevitable whether 5 years or 20 years. More likely the former

I understand and don't mean to sound unemphatic. But I look at it like this....if that was my head would I be balding and I'd say yes. Maybe your hairs always been that way. But I doubt it. Red scalp is indicative of mob. The front right in pics is miniturizing. But overall you have a great hairline....it's def in the diffusing manner. At your age it could be age related. But you could hop on treatments and probably see some results. But to say your hair is fine untill it's NOT fine is where most oeople go wrong and often regret not treating sooner. The people who say no probably have worse hairloss and would love to have your hair because they are further along in the male pattern baldness. But it's your head so it's up to you. I wish you the best of luck either way.

It is all relative. On this forum you have great hair for a 33 year old because most people here are looking to be nw5+ by mid20s or higher and the average age of this forum is like 23 or so it seems like. Maybe im just deluded because I cant imagine having that much hair at 33 years old lol, so it seems like its great to me.
