On amazom they sell a bunch of "DHT Blocking" shampoos, not even that expensive maybe like $10. Any of you have experience with them? apparently theres 16 different ingridients that prevent some of the dht. for 10$ it could be worth a try? what do you guys think?

I use a panoply of different shampoos and conditioners that might help. There's not enough data so it's purely speculative.

With nizoral / ketoconazole, there is some questionable data suggesting small amounts of help.

I'm using nizoral Shampoo it contains 2% keto. My doctor advised me that the keto needs to be applied on the scalp for an hour to be ffective. By using it as a shampoo it doesn't help with hair loss.

Really, what is the point in it then; if there is one? Seems like a lot of people suggest it, it's even in the guide on the website. Anyone else got any information on it?

The bottle says 5-10 minutes if I recall correctly.

Clearly the ketoconazole gets absorbed if it works against itch/acne.

I use ogx niacin + caffeine shampoo and conditioner whenever I'm not using nizoral 2% two~three times a week. It apparently contains natural dht blockers and while I don't think it's anything miraculous, it's a decent and affordable sulfate-free shampoo. I do recommend it and you can find them at places like walmart.

I've heard of other amazon hyped dht blocking shampoos drying out the scalp so I've personally avoided those.
