I am 20 years old it has been about 1,5 month since i started of using Rogaine.

I've got serious hair-loss issue, i heard that it would be better if i use the Rogaine and Finasterid all together, moreover some people said that i might be quite young to use Finasterid and the Finasterid's side effects are permanent. I am wondering that should i take the Finasterid as well with Rogaine ? Is this necesary ?

Would i get a satisfied result if i only use Rogaine ?

What would you suggest to use ?

Thanks for your comments.

I have never heard anyone complain about side effects.

Never.

Then you've obviously been burying your head in the sand the past few years.

Despite having experienced sides myself I would still advocate finasteride to ANYONE to try unless you just don't care about going bald.

Most of the drugs usually have sides, but people who take them fail to notice until it hit them. And another thing, taking Rogaine and Finasterid altogether won't help hair grow any faster. Doing so can even lead to more sides and can be detrimental.

You must also do your research.

It was sarcasm.

The fear of propecia sides is in 99% of the propecia-related conversations online.

Say what? That's false.

I recommend people do real research, not forum research.

you're right about that. :) i did recommend doing one's research, because one source won't suffice.

the facts about these hair growth drugs came from a dermatologist whom i interviewed. according to her, there's only a slim chance of getting side effects but the risk is still there. i only ask her about Rogaine and Finasterid, but it's safer to generalize these drugs IMO.
