are there different qualities of finasteride?

hello
i am currently on generic finasteride. I use the 5mg tablets and quarter them and take one per day. They are white tablets with a number 151 imprinted on them. My pharmacy changed to this type of drug recently, the tablet used to be light blue and seemed to have better results, since i have been using the white pill, my shedding had dramatically increased. My question is could the light blue pill be a better quality or should the drugs be the same quality. thank you for your time.

Maybe this is a question for your pharmacist..?

Remember that people do report sheds a certain points, so it may just be a coincidence, I'd find it hard to believe your pharmacist would mess up with the dosage or something alone those lines..
