I've noticed that a lot of the veterans here are using arginine. I´m lookin into this and have found that there are differnt types in the products available, like Arginine alpha ketoglutarate, or L-arginine all claimin to boost the nitric oxide levels.

What I'm trying to ask here is what arginine brand do you purchase, what's the normal dosage and how do you know it's the right stuff?

Ok...I think I know which type to go for...it'll be interesting to see how this stuff works, some claim that it makes ya feel gitty like a 14 year old again with a :ididit: mind set...that would be fun , not to mention all the work out benefits...

Yups :)

I was recommended Jarrow - pharmaceutical grade blend, which I found in a BETTER NUTRITION store in my area. It was $16 US, and it's EASY-SOLV, which means that it dissolves within minutes after being ingested. Good stuff. Get it!

It's debated to help hair loss significantly... it helps to build up collagen in your system, and helps with protein synthesis.

It also aids in proper circulatory system function. Its often recommended by doctors for diabetics and other people with bad circulation to take it.

So, it might help male pattern baldness in that way. B/c Ive read that people with male pattern baldness dont get enough bloodflow to the scalp. So with arginine it might help that a little.
