Aromatase inhibitors

Hi again guys;

As I posted for first in this forum I was about to leave finasteride due side effects on libido/nipples and replace it with topical spironolactone 5% (perhaps thank you for changing post's title, now it looks pretty better). I thought I had the final decision: f*** it if I become bald at all, I'd rather prefer to be bald keeping my sexual functions 100%. But as I watch my scalp on the mirror and see this thinning progress day by day I'm replanting to start again finasteride (I'm only 25!!), but this time taking also an aromatase inhibitor in cycles. To be honest, I don't trust this topical spironolactone 100%, although I spent 90$ in a six month treatment.

My question is: ¿does anyone dare to predict results of taking finasteride 1mg combined with an aromatase inhibitor used in cycles? ¿good effects? ¿bad effects? ¿any theory about how will this process be helpful or just f*** me up at all? ¿can I trust in ketoconazol 2% + topical spironolactone 5% as a way to save my hair forgetting finasteride?

I am in the same exact boat. we're drowning quickly and ive been contemplating the same thing only don't know where to go to see if something like this would be effective or perhaps in the long run be even more detrimental to our bodys endo system
