I think you should see a doctor. I don't know what you mean by autoimmune hair loss, and you definitely should not be taking growth stimulants without consulting a doctor.

no i mean hair growth stimulants... to apply of areas of hair loss lol

Minoxidil (rogaine) is pretty tame as far as side effects go. At least compared to androgen/DHT blockers.

Yeah i have hair thinning that i think is due to medication i'm taking as it has hair loss as a side effect... as does my actual condition itself... my scalp is diffuse all over including sides... my eyebrows thin and my beard gets patches of hair missing but fills back in overtime... and i have little to no body hair.

I would like to avoid the Rogaine just to begin with as i read about it ageing people and such, plus i have very very sensitive scalp i need to wash my hair with baby shampoo and no sls in it.... cold showers etc...

So was looking start off with the weaker stuff and then gradually work up to rogain in time if no success happens with the less successful stuff.

So far i have tried Copper peptide sprays folligen and tricomin for a good 6 months and seen no difference, aloe vera, prox - n and laser comb all useless in terms of regrowth but helped my scalps condition.

i dont have any thyroid issues as my symptoms point to it.... but i have been borderline in the past but my latest blood work says i'm good.

But i do have a prolactinoma and Adrenal insufficiency which i take hydrocortisone daily to make cortisol my body can't make.

He didn't specify what he meant by autoimmune condition. Stop going around the forum following me and try helping people for a change.

Again, with something this complex, I really think you need to see a doctor. My gut feeling tells me you already have talked to a doctor about it and didn't like what he had to say. Have you talked to your doctor about what you can do? What did he/she say?
