avodart or propecia for miniaturization

My hairs are thinning ( hair follicles are miniaturizing in diameter ) , and I've been on propecia for about 3 months now. But I haven't seen any improvement in thickness. Has anyone tried avodart and seen any improvement in thickening of hair follicles with it ?

I have taken Avodart before and now use generic Dutasteride. You can always try the switch over if you feel Propecia isn't halting your balding. Keep in mind though being on Finasteride for three months is still far too early for any final result.

Dude, you need to give it at least 6 months. Patience is key for any hair loss treatments. If by 10 months you don't see any improvement, consider avodart or generic dutasteride.

I switched to dutasteride from finasteride and like the results. And only take it once a week as the half life is 2 weeks in your blood stream.

in detail, I've been on propecia for 3 months and have seen thickening of follicles on my front hairline but I also have thinning on my nape area and I haven't seen any improvement at all in this area .
