Azelaic acid cream+Minoxidil lotion?

Could anybody answer to the following question please?

Would there be any problem ,concerning the effectiveness of the activ ingredients,if one would mix Skinoren Cream(Azelaic acid) into Minoxidil liquid?
Would it be ok?

Same question here I'm applying Skinore Cream twice a day right before using minoxidil but I'm wondering if I'm not diluting both by doing this.
