I have recently switched from Rogaine foam to Lipogaine, which seems to be awesome... but I have a tube of Retin-A .025 laying around and was wondering if it would help to add the Retin-A before the lipogaine which contains Azelaic Acid, or if thats overkill... any opinions?

People who sales Retin-A say this: "Studies have shown however that Retin-A alone or in combination with minoxidil can result in moderate to good hairgrowth in individuals with Androgenetic Alopecia and Alopecia Areata"; " also maintenance therapy requires less frequent and smaller doses of the combined medication."

I don't think this combination worth if you are not going to be persistent, and if there's not too many people who have succeeded on it.

Thanks for the reply Palgato... i have noticed one thing worth mentioning.... whenever I apply lipogaine (liquid minoxidil) by itself it sits on my scalp and becomes sticky and obvious, but if I apply a thin film of Retin-A on the area right before, the minoxidil seeps into my scalp 100% leaving my hair looking like nothing was put on it... no residue whatsoever... maybe good option for those that apply in the mornings and don't like going to school/work with sticky see-through hairline ..
