Well, not talk, but they can sign.

Babies are very good visual and manual learners. Their brains just are not developed enough to let them communicate verbally.

Save yourself and your baby a lot of communication frustration. Learn sign language, and teach it to them. You can start talking to them 2 years earlier that way.

So you can get your kid to give permission for a paternity test a whole 2 years earlier.

i can see where CCS is coming from in that you do see a babies hands and legs developing before their vocals but on the other hand if i had a kid and taught him sign language i would be afraid of making him a mute
i spose you could teach them both at the same time (like sign language whist you speak) but then you would just raise a strange child that would constantly sign whist he spoke :woot:
