AMS99--I've had this too. The Merck literature claims this is an extremely rare side effect, but I've hear quite a few stories about it on this and other sites. It might be more common than they realized. It got so bad for me that I stopped Propecia for a week until the pain went away. I started back taking quarter pills and then half pills before taking whole ones again almost a month later. Things have been fine recently. Yes, ejaculation can trigger it or make it much worse. I don't know why, but it does seem to be the case. I try not to spank the monkey as much because that pain was just horrible. Being in a relationship, I can see how this might be even more of a problem for you. Give it some time, take it easy on the sex if you can, and if it continues you may want to drop it for a while and then start back slowly. Then, of course, there is the doctor, but the derma probably won't know what you are talking about. Mine was pretty clueless about Propecia side effects. Hey, he just writes the scrips and cashes the checks. Good luck!
