If you live in a country where even the prostitutes are good looking I don't see the problem of losing the fear and breaking the ice with one. The problem is if you get hooked and don't try and find a real relationships and only do it with prostitutes.

I have never struggled with weight , actually I struggle with being a little bit under weight , however from talking to people I know who struggle with weight it is as just a mental battle is a physical battle.
